Frozen 2 Confirmed By Disney

All Frozen fans should get ready for its sequel. Disney has announced officially that they are all set to move into production with Frozen 2.

Frozen 2 was confirmed during the Walt Disney Company’s annual shareholders meeting in San Francisco. John Lasseter, chief creative officer at Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios and DisneyToon Studios, made the announcement with Bob Iger. According to reports. Lasseter said that the team "had so much fun making the short 'Frozen Fever' that it was excited to make a sequel." Josh Gad, who voiced Olaf in the first film, also joined the meeting.

No details other than the confirmation of Frozen 2 are available as of yet. Casting details and release date are yet to be revealed. Kristen Bell who played Anna in Frozen confirmed the sequel on her twitter. Bell told CBS News that she loves Anna and can play the character for lifetime.

A release date and production details have yet to be announced.

“Frozen” garnered $1.27 billion worldwide and won two Oscars – best animated film and best song for “Let It Go.”
