Ice T’s STAND UP SHOW Was Disturbing

After Ice-T announced last year on Twitter that he’s trying a new entertainment path: stand-up comedy, the hip hop, TV, movie star dropped the idea after his first show.

He and his wife, Coco, are showcasing their lives in the third season of their hit reality series “Ice Loves Coco.” In one of this year's season episode Ice-T made his first step in his stand-up career. Grammy award winning iconic rapper and famed "Law and Order" actor Ice-T is making his stand-up debut for a very good cause (Bulldog Rescue and adoption charity event).

The comedy part of the show featured some of today’s hottest comics and tried to make him one of them. Yes! He has humor, he is funny and all that but you must have nerve and be truly gifted to succeed in this entertainment zone. Knowing this, Ice had stage fright right before the show. Really? How come a successful actor and rapper have buck fever? It was more of a “I’ll never be as funny as the previous guy” fright. It’s not that big of a deal, anyway. After trying to run and abandon the show he finally got himself together and performed. The audience had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment of the show. Actually it wasn't like that. Ice was the star of the show anyway and, being a charity event planned by him, the public suddenly felt amused. The truth is that Ice T’s show was based on mean, insulting and disturbing jokes. He even explained how he goes to the bathroom to do his…necessities. Ok, many comedians have mean, racist and insulting jokes but he didn't have to go that way.

Ice said before the show that he would do anything to cancel his appearance. After the performance he was very satisfied and amazed of how good the public reacted. Finally he admitted it was harder than he thought and he dropped the idea of making a stand-up career, for now. Finally a good decision Ice but why not forever?
