LOS ANGELES Impov Comedy Festival Kicks Off On June 2nd For A Full Of Fun Week

The 11th Annual Los Angeles Improv Comedy Festival comes back on June 2nd with iO West as a presenter. The festival runs for a week and hosts many performances, rosters and workshops on three stages.
Teams and artists from all over the world will give their best in either long or short forms, musicals and genre improv. Beer Shark Mice improve team will open and close the show with Mike Coleman, Patt Finn, Neil Flynn, Peter Hulne and David Koechner.
Kevin McDonald (Kids in the Hall) will also drop by to amuze the audience as well as “Glee” creator Ian Brennan.
MTV’s “Awkward” cast members and Malcom Jamal Warner (The Cosby Show) are next to take the stage followed by Jack McBrayer (30 Rock), Lucas Neff (Raising Hope), Echo Kellum (Sean Saves the World).
“We are so proud to once again host the LA Improv Comedy Festival. To be in our 11th year is such a privilege and truly a testament to the talent that comes through those doors,” said James Grace, Artistic Director of iO West. “iO West is one of the first places talent scouts look to find top performers in comedy. Festival participants will be performing for some of the top comedians, writers and network representatives in the business and to be able to provide that opportunity for LA artists is very rewarding for us as a theatre.”
The workshops presented will be led bu the host iO West, instructors and special guests such as SNL, Conan, Key and Peele,Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Emmys, Shameless, Cougar Town, MADtv alums.
June 2nd to the 8th will be a whole week of comedy, fun for raising funds and laughters.
